Classic Beef Stew


Here's a good classic stew with rich beef gravy that lets all of the flavors come through. This is the perfect hearty dish for a blustery winter day.

Ingredients
∙ Serves 6
Meat
1 cut into cubes 2 lbs stew beef
Produce
2 Bay leaves
4 Carrots, large
3 Celery stalks
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 Onion, medium
1/2 tsp Onion powder
Condiments
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Baking & spices
1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground
1/8 tsp Cloves, ground
2 tbsp Corn starch
1 packet Hidden valley ranch dressing mix
1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar, raw
1/2 tsp Tumeric
Oils & vinegars
2 tsp Olive oil
Liquids
2 1/4 cups Water
