Easy Cajun Jambalaya Pasta


Best twist on jumbalaya I've ever made. Recipe turns out a little runny overall I think but its easily fixed by allowing it all to simmer off a little

1 cut into pieces 1 pound chicken breast
1 2 pound andouille sausage sliced into 1/2″ thick pieces
Seafood
1/2 lb Shrimp
Produce
1 Bell peppers
3 cloves Garlic
1/2 Green bell pepper
1 Parsley
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Red onion
1 Tomato, medium
Canned goods
1 cup Chicken broth
Pasta & grains
1 lb Fettucine pasta cooked but not
Baking & spices
1/4 tsp Black pepper, ground
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
3 tbsp Spice blend cajun
Oils & vinegars
3 tbsp Canola oil
